What's been missing is a way to work with what's actually driving those patterns.
I'm a therapist who specializes in complex trauma, high-functioning adults, and neurodivergent people who are tired of just managing symptoms.
I work primarily with Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR — as integrated tools for getting to the root of what keeps you stuck.
Alongside weekly therapy, I also offer EMDR intensives for clients who want a more focused, accelerated approach.

Those patterns are still running your life. I specialize in helping adults heal the cumulative wounds of conditional love, parentification, emotional neglect, and family chaos.
CARETAKING BURNOUT
You've been taking care of everyone else since childhood - the fixer, the helper, the responsible one. You don't know how to say no, don't know who you are when you're not helping, and the resentment is building. I specialize in helping adults who were parentified as children learn to stop carrying everyone else's emotions and needs - and start tending to their own.
PERFECTIONISM & SHAME
You've been the good kid, the high achiever, the one who never makes mistakes. You learned early that love was conditional - you had to be perfect to be valued. Now the pressure is exhausting, and nothing you do feels good enough. I help adults unlearn the belief that their worth depends on perfection and release the shame they've been carrying since childhood.
NEURODIVERGENT ADULTS
As someone with ADHD, I understand neurodivergence from the inside. I work with adults navigating ADHD, autism, and complex neurodivergent presentations - often alongside trauma, perfectionism, or burnout. I help you distinguish what's brain structure (needs accommodation and compassion) from what's protective patterns (needs healing), without pathologizing either.
