While I don't accept insurance directly, your insurance plan may have out-of-network benefits that reimburse a portion of session costs. As an out-of-network provider, I partner with Thrizer to handle out-of-network claims automatically, allowing eligible clients to pay a copay post-deductible rather than full fees upfront. Your first session lets us discuss your concerns, goals, and background. We will explore what brought you to therapy, identify your emotional and relational patterns, and begin developing customized goals for a personalized treatment plan.

It depends on your personal goals and what you want to explore. You don't need a formal diagnosis or a rigid plan to start—many clients reach out when they feel stuck in relationship dynamics, want to understand their attachment style, or are trying to break through creative or performance blocks.

Shorter-term therapy (a few months) can be great for navigating an immediate shift or unblocking a specific creative wall. Shifting long-standing relational patterns, people-pleasing, or deep-seated anxiety often takes longer. I usually recommend committing to at least 3–6 months to build momentum and foster real, sustainable growth.

Whether we integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS™), EMDR (Eye Movement & Desensitization Therapy), or somatic approaches, we will tailor the work to your pace, check in regularly on your progress, and adjust as your goals evolve.

An EMDR Intensive is an accelerated format—typically longer sessions over fewer days—designed for clients who want to dive deeper into trauma processing or performance unblocking without months of weekly appointments.
