THE INTUITIVE BLOG

Real Talk About Trauma, Relationships, Real Life, and What Actually Helps

I started writing because I kept hearing the same thing from clients: "I wish I'd known this sooner."

That emotional neglect is real trauma. That insight alone won't heal attachment wounds. That struggling doesn't mean you're broken — it means you're carrying something that wasn't yours to carry.

Most mental health content online is either too clinical or too shallow. It's either dense theory that doesn't help, or empty reassurance that sounds nice but doesn't change anything.

I write the way I work: direct, grounded, and focused on what actually helps. No fluff. No performative vulnerability. No promising quick fixes or pretending healing is linear.

This blog is for people who:

  • Have done therapy before but still feel stuck

  • Can name their patterns but can't change them

  • Need more than generic advice or Instagram therapy soundbites

  • Want to understand the why and the what now

I write about complex trauma, attachment wounds, IFS therapy, neurodivergence, and what I've learned from years of working with people whose systems are too complicated for traditional approaches.

If you're looking for simple answers, this isn't the place. But if you're ready for depth work and real talk about what healing actually looks like — you're in the right spot.

Trauma doesn't live in your thoughts — it lives in your nervous system, your body, and the protective strategies formed when you were too young to process what was happening.
